Trilocale in Brondello

The cluster sits in the lower Valle Bronda at the foot of the Cottian Alps, with the larger Monviso massif and the upper Po valley landscape close to the west. The Bronda stream runs through this small valley and joins the Po near Saluzzo. The area is within the buffer of the Monviso UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, and the Parco del Monviso begins farther up the mountain valleys to the west. The nearest substantial town is Saluzzo, which has a preserved historic centre, a hilltop old town and the Marchesato castle complex. This part of the Saluzzo area is known for fruit growing, especially orchards on the plain and lower slopes.
