Quadrilocale in Martiniana Po

The cluster sits at the foot of the Cottian Alps, with Monviso dominating the upper Po valley a short distance to the west. The Po rises nearby at Pian del Re above Crissolo, and this stretch of the Valle Po is the main natural frame of the area. Saluzzo is the nearest substantial town, with a large historic centre below the hill of the old town. The area is known for fruit growing on the plain and lower slopes, and for access into the Monviso side valleys.
