Via Gaetano Properzi, 210, Porto San Giorgio

The cluster is on the Adriatic coast at Porto San Giorgio, with a sandy shoreline and a seafront used as the town’s main public space. The mouth of the Tenna is just to the north. The nearest larger town is Fermo on the hill immediately inland, with a cathedral, a large historic centre and Roman cisterns. The Sibillini Mountains rise inland to the west but are well beyond the 15 km radius, so they are a wider backdrop rather than part of the immediate landscape. The area is known for its seaside town strip, fishing and beach tourism.
