The cluster is in the coastal hill belt between the Adriatic and the lower Valdaso, with short ridges, cultivated fields and views toward the sea and the Sibillini on clear days. The Adriatic coast is within a few kilometres, with beaches and seafront settlements at Marina di Altidona, Pedaso and Cupra Marittima. The nearest substantial town is Fermo, which has a historic centre and the usual higher-level services for the area. The Sibillini Mountains are inland but outside the immediate 15 km landscape, so they matter more as a distant backdrop than as the setting itself.
