Quadrilocale in Argenta

The area is in the lower Po plain, with flat agricultural land, canals and reclaimed wetlands. The Valli di Comacchio wetland system extends into the Argenta area, including the Valli di Argenta reserve, part of the Po Delta park system. Ferrara is the nearest larger city, with a substantial historic centre and UNESCO status linked to the Renaissance city and the Po Delta. The area is known for reclamation landscapes, birdlife and lagoon-edge wetlands.
