Localita' Bucigna snc, snc, Londa

The cluster is in the upper Sieve valley in the Tuscan-Romagnolo Apennines. The Sieve river runs through the area, and the Foreste Casentinesi, Monte Falterona e Campigna National Park begins nearby on the ridge east of Londa, including Monte Falterona, one of the sources of the Arno. The nearest skiing is the small area of Campigna on the Romagna side, roughly around an hour by road depending on conditions. Borgo San Lorenzo is the nearest larger town in the Mugello, with rail services, shops and the main local services; Florence is farther down the Sieve valley for higher-order services and jobs. This part of the Mugello is known for forested ridges, chestnut country and reservoir-and-valley landscapes rather than for a major monument town.
