The cluster is in the Tuscan-Romagnol Apennines, in the upper Sieve valley. The Sieve river runs through the area, and the hills are a mix of woodland, pasture and small cultivated patches. The Foreste Casentinesi, Monte Falterona e Campigna National Park begins nearby around Monte Falterona, within about 15 km of Londa.
