Piano Terra Indipendente

This area lies on the northern Tavoliere plain near the edge of the Gargano promontory. The Adriatic coast is close, with the Lago di Lesina lagoon within about 15 km, part of the Parco Nazionale del Gargano. Lesina is the nearest small centre of note on the water, with services linked to the lagoon and coast. The area is known for flat arable land, the lagoon environment, and the approach to the Gargano from the plain.
