Tredozio

The cluster is in the Romagna Apennines, with wooded ridges and valleys of the upper Tramazzo basin within the Foreste Casentinesi, Monte Falterona e Campigna National Park close by to the south and southwest. The Tramazzo valley and the mountain roads toward Passo del Muraglione and the Tuscan side are the main landscape features in daily view. The nearest ski area is Campigna on Monte Falco, roughly 35–45 minutes by road depending on the exact hamlet. The nearest larger town is Faenza, which has rail connections, services, and a substantial historic centre. Tredozio is known locally as an Apennine village of the Forlì hinterland and for chestnut and woodland country.
