Monolocale in Sgurgola

The cluster is in the Sacco valley below the Ernici and Lepini mountains, with cultivated hills and low ridges around it. Anagni itself is a substantial hill town with a medieval centre and the cathedral known for its Romanesque-Gothic fabric and frescoed crypt. The Monti Ernici lie to the east within this radius, and the Monti Lepini begin to the west and south-west. Fiuggi is the nearest larger centre of services in the uplands, while Frosinone is the main city nearby for rail, hospitals and larger retail. This part of Ciociaria is known for olive groves, hillside farming and historic stone towns.
