The semi-basement room has a fireplace and a spiral staircase, which adds slight character. A private roof terrace exists but overlooks rooftops and clutter with no real view. Thermal insulation added in 2021 is a plus, but it still lacks water/sewer connections. No stunning features, historic grandeur, or notable location—just a cheap fixer-upper.
