Trilocale con terrazzo

The area lies on the flat plain of the Po, with the Po River a few kilometres to the north and broad cultivated land around the town. The nearest larger centre is Alessandria, which provides the main rail and road services, hospitals and larger retail. Casale Monferrato is nearby and marks the edge of the lower Monferrato hills, but those hills are outside the immediate plain around Valenza. The area is known nationally for jewellery and goldsmithing linked to Valenza itself.
