Location score 68/100The cluster is in the northern Prato Apennines, on the Tuscan-Emilian watershed. The Bisenzio valley runs through this area, with wooded slopes and small mountain hamlets. Much of the surrounding territory falls in or near the Monteferrato and Appennino Pratese landscape, and the Foreste Casentinesi and the higher Emilian Apennines are farther away but not inside the immediate radius. The nearest substantial town is Prato, which provides full services and rail connections. This part of the province is known for chestnut woods, upland pasture and old routes crossing the Apennines toward Emilia.
