The coast of the Ionian Sea is about 4 km away, and this stretch is part of the Riviera dei Gelsomini. The Torbido valley and other small fiumare shape the landscape around here. Aspromonte National Park lies inland to the west, with its nearer mountain areas beyond the 15 km radius.
