The Noce river valley is the main geographical feature of the area, and Lake Santa Giustina lies within the valley near Predaia. Much of the surroundings are apple orchards on a high valley floor and lower slopes, which is what the area is known for. The Adamello Brenta Nature Park begins farther west, outside the immediate 15 km landscape. The nearest town of size is Cles, which has the main services and a substantial historic centre for the valley. Ski lifts at the Mendola/Passo Mendola area and on the Altopiano della Predaia are the nearest local options, reached by mountain road in roughly half an hour depending on the hamlet.
