Terratetto plurifamiliare in Vauda Canavese

Barbania lies in the Valli di Lanzo area at the edge of the pre-Alpine hills north of Turin, with the lower Lanzo valleys and the first Alpine relief close by. The Stura di Lanzo river runs through the wider area to the west. The nearest larger town is Ciriè, which has a railway station, shops and services, while Turin is the main city for higher-order services and work. The Lanzo valleys are known for mountain access, chestnut woods and small valley villages; higher ski lifts are farther up-valley and are not at the village itself.
