Terratetto plurifamiliare in Cantalupo Ligure

The cluster is in the upper Val Borbera of the Ligurian Apennines, with wooded ridges and narrow valleys around it. The Borbera river runs through this area, and the valley is known for clear swimming spots in summer. Much of the surrounding upland falls in or beside the Parco Naturale delle Capanne di Marcarolo, the protected Apennine area on the Piemonte-Liguria divide. The nearest substantial town is Novi Ligure, which provides the main services and rail links for this part of the province. The area is known for chestnut woods, scattered stone hamlets, and the old pastoral route country between the Po side and the Ligurian side of the Apennines.
