Terratetto plurifamiliare in Bedonia

The cluster is in the Ligurian–Emilian Apennines, in the upper Val di Taro close to the Cisa ridge. The Taro river valley is the main landscape feature here, with wooded slopes, pasture and small hamlets on the mountain sides. The area is close to the Parco Nazionale dell'Appennino Tosco-Emiliano on the higher crest between Emilia and Tuscany. The nearest ski area is Zum Zeri on the Apennine ridge, roughly an hour by road, and there are also small lifts around Santo Stefano d’Aveto at a similar order of drive. Bedonia is the nearest service centre, with a historic core and basic shops and services for the upper valley. Borgo Val di Taro, the larger town of the valley, is known for the IGP porcini mushroom of Borgotaro, one of the best-known food designations of the northern Apennines.
