Casale/cascina in via Crosetta, Fontanafredda

The cluster is at the foot of the Cansiglio and the Friulian Prealps, with Monte Cavallo and the Piancavallo area within about 15 km. The nearest ski lifts are at Piancavallo, roughly a 20-minute drive, with summer walking and winter sports on the plateau. The plain opens south toward the upper Friulian lowlands, while the Cellina valley and the first wooded slopes are close by. Aviano is the nearest town of size, with everyday services, and Pordenone is the main city for higher-order services and rail links. The area is known for its position between the plain and the prealpine slopes, with woods, small hamlets and access to the Cansiglio-Piancavallo upland.
