The Cellina torrent runs nearby, and the gorge and lake area of Barcis and the entrance to the Parco Naturale delle Dolomiti Friulane are within roughly this mountain belt, though the core park lies farther in. The nearest ski lifts are the small Piancavallo area, about 40 minutes by road.
