Centro - Immobile cielo terra da ristrutturare

This is the lower Romagna plain between Lugo, Faenza and Ravenna, with flat agricultural land, canals and drainage works shaped by the old wetlands of the Po plain. The Senio River passes just west of Lugo and the Santerno is nearby toward the Bologna side of the plain. Ravenna is the nearest city of size, with major services and UNESCO early Christian monuments, but those monuments are outside the immediate 15 km landscape. The area is known for intensive farming and fruit growing in the Romagna plain.
