Terratetto unifamiliare in San Leo

The cluster is in the northern Apennines on Monte Carpegna, with wooded slopes and high ground around the village. The Sasso Simone e Simoncello Regional Park lies within the local area and covers the upland plateau and surrounding forests on the Romagna-Marche border. Monte Carpegna is the main nearby summit and the area is known for hiking, road cycling and winter cross-country skiing on the mountain; the nearest downhill ski lifts are at Eremo Monte Carpegna, a short drive away when operating. Pennabilli is the nearest small centre of note with a historic hilltop core and services, and San Marino is farther away for a larger concentration of shops and employment. The area is known for chestnut woods, pasture and mountain food traditions of the Alta Valmarecchia.
