The Gulf of Asinara coast is nearby, with long beaches around Badesi and San Pietro a Mare within the local area. The area is tied to the Monte Limbara massif inland to the east, which is visible across much of northern Gallura though not at the village itself. Casteldoria with the hot springs of Santa Maria Coghinas is nearby, and Valledoria is the nearest small service town with beaches, shops and summer activity.
