Al piano terra ingresso, cucina e locale cantina; al primo piano grande camera matrimoniale e bagno; infine ampia soffitta dove è possibile ricavare altre due stanze e un WC. La casa nel complesso è da risistemare ma il prezzo è trattabile!!!

Location score 72/100The cluster is in the first Alpine foothills of Friuli, with the Carnic Prealps immediately around it and the higher Carnic Alps to the north. Lago di Cavazzo lies by Trasaghis, and the Tagliamento valley runs nearby. Much of this area falls within the Prealpi Carniche Regional Natural Park. The nearest ski lifts are on Monte Zoncolan, roughly an hour by road, which is a logistics fact rather than part of the immediate landscape. Gemona del Friuli is the nearest substantial town, with rail links, shops and daily services; Udine is farther south for a larger city. The area is known for the lake, the mountain valleys and the Tagliamento corridor between the Alps and the Friulian plain.
