The nearest ski lifts are at Sella Nevea, roughly 15 km away by road, with access to the Kanin/Sella Nevea ski area on the high limestone massif above the valley. Tarvisio is the nearest town of size, with rail access, shops and year-round services. The wider area is known for alpine valleys, limestone peaks, mountain passes and cross-border outdoor routes.
