The hillside hamlet setting gives it some appeal, with glimpses of a valley view and a quiet contrada feel close to town. This is a real house rather than a ruin, with kitchen, floors, stairs and usable volume, but it is dark, dated and clearly in need of substantial renovation. Within about 15 km, Arzignano is the nearest larger town and has the main services and employment base. Vicenza lies farther east and matters for commuting, but it is outside the immediate landscape. This part of western Veneto is known for small industrial towns, vineyards on the lower hills, and the transition from plain to pre-Alpine valleys.
