Historic-center location helps slightly, but the all-in cost is far above the baseline, making this a weak value unless bought for a much lower price.

The street facade has real old-Calabria character, with worn plaster, stonework and little balconies that could be very atmospheric after restoration. But this is clearly a full renovation project, not a usable home today, and the lack of interior photos suggests very limited current livability.
