More on the house and the area
There is some authentic Apulian character here in the high vaulted ceilings, arches and old fireplace, which gives the space a little soul. But this is not a ready dream home: the interiors are largely empty, damp-marked and very rough, with only a basic WC and no visible kitchen. At €23k it has bargain-project appeal, yet it reads much more as a renovation project than a lovely home you could move into.
