The numbers are internally inconsistent: the listing says EUR 1,450 for 1,227 sqm (EUR 1/sqm) while the description describes a prestigious Liberty villa of about 800 sqm with 26 photos, which is not credible at this price. Even using a habitable renovation allowance of about EUR 200/sqm, the data conflict is so extreme that this is almost certainly a bad/incorrect listing rather than a real bargain.

This is a genuinely striking Liberty villa with a handsome façade, formal entrance, frescoed ceilings, terrazzo floors, marble stair and atmospheric stone cellars. It looks habitable and far beyond a shell, with substantial usable space and a cared-for garden, though such a huge property will need serious maintenance and due diligence on the unusual price.
