Wiring, water and sanitary work of any kind, heating, air conditioning and gas go to a registered firm by law, and so do flues and the air openings for gas appliances. That labour stays in the bill. Yours is the stripping out, plaster, paint, floors, tiling and carpentry.

The Parco Naturale di Pian della Mussa lies just above Ala di Stura, with high alpine pasture and glacial headwall scenery, and the wider area connects to the protected alpine terrain of the upper Lanzo valleys. The nearest ski lifts are at Pian Benot in Usseglio, about 20–30 minutes by road, with larger ski areas farther away not part of the immediate landscape. Ceres is the nearest town of some size in the valley, with basic services and the rail terminus toward Turin. The area is known for alpine hiking, climbing and summer access to Pian della Mussa and the upper Stura valley.
