Rudere con terreni a Silvi in C.da Colle Stella

The cluster is on the Adriatic side of Abruzzo near the lower hills behind the coast. The Adriatic coast is a few kilometres away, with the beach resorts and seafront of Silvi Marina and the continuous coastal strip toward Montesilvano and Pescara. Inland, the landscape rises into cultivated hills with olive groves and scattered villages. The nearest larger town is Pescara, which has a city-level range of shops, services, rail links and the airport. The area is known for seaside tourism and olive growing.
