The roof and floors appear intact and the layout is a real usable home, but the interiors are plainly dated and show damp, peeling finishes and cracks, so it needs renovation before feeling fully comfortable.

This area is known for vineyard slopes, olive groves and spa towns on the edge of the hills, especially around Abano and Montegrotto farther east.
