Villa libera tre lati

This cluster sits in the built-up area of Alessandria, on the flat alluvial plain where the Tanaro and Bormida rivers meet. The landscape within about 15 km is mostly agricultural plain with river embankments, fields, roads and scattered industrial and logistics areas. Alessandria is the nearest town of size and has the full services of a provincial capital, a rail junction and a substantial historic centre with the Cittadella, an 18th-century fortified complex.
