Casa di due camere

The cluster lies at the foot of the Prealpi Bresciane, in the low hills east of Brescia where quarry-cut limestone ridges meet the edge of the plain. Lake Garda is within this radius at the western end around Salò and the lower Valtenesi shore. The Chiese and Naviglio Grande Bresciano systems are part of the wider plain landscape nearby. Brescia is the nearest city of size, with full services, a large historic centre and Roman remains including the UNESCO site of Santa Giulia and the Capitolium. This area is known for stone quarries, mixed farmland and the transition from plain to the Garda and prealpine hill country.
