Via Rivarossa, 69, Rivarolo Canavese

This is the flat to gently rolling countryside of the Canavese between Turin and the lower Alpine foothills. The Malone stream runs through the area, and the Orco valley and the first Alpine ridges begin to the north within this radius. Rivarolo Canavese is the nearest town of size, with rail links, shops and services, and Chivasso is also close with a larger service centre and rail connections. Turin is farther south and matters mainly for work, hospitals and transport rather than for the immediate landscape. The area is known for mixed farming and for its position on the edge of the Canavese plain below the Alps.
