Terratetto unifamiliare in Chitignano

The cluster is in the Casentino, with the first ridges of the Tuscan-Romagnolo Apennines around it. The Arno rises in this valley and the upper Arno basin shapes the area. The Foreste Casentinesi, Monte Falterona e Campigna National Park lies nearby on the eastern side of the valley and is one of the main protected forest areas of the northern Apennines. The nearest skiing is the small Casentino slopes around Monte Falco and Campigna, roughly an hour's drive depending on road conditions. Bibbiena is the nearest town of size in the valley, with rail access, shops and services; Arezzo is the main city used for higher-level services. The area is known for chestnut woods, forested valleys and the Romanesque parish churches scattered through the Casentino.
