Move-in ready 2010 apartment in good condition, energy class B, no renovation needed. Price of €1127/m² is ~24% above the local median of €908/m², but the premium is justified by recent construction, renovated condition, garage, cellar, private garden, autonomous heating plus pellet stove, and cooling system. Fresh listing (6 days) with 27 photos. Baseline sample is reasonable. Solid, fairly-priced deal rather than a bargain given the above-median price.
Подробнее о доме и районе
The exterior wins here: an alpine stone-and-timber hamlet building in Gignod (Valle d'Aosta) with characterful carved wooden balconies, weathered stone walls, and a traditional mountain-village setting. This historic character and stunning stone/wood facade are the main draw. The interiors, however, are ordinary — a clean but plain renovated ground-floor apartment with laminate flooring, a basic kitchen wall, standard bedroom and tiled bathroom, and a slightly enclosed, low-ceiling atmosphere. No standout view or dramatic feature inside. At €1,127/m² for a renovated 2010-era B-class unit it is reasonable but not a striking bargain. Overall charming thanks to the setting and building, but not a scroll-stopper.

- Ground-floor apartment with modest, ordinary renovated interiors
- Interior photos show low ceilings and a somewhat basement-like feel
- Small 71sqm 2-room unit within a shared stone building, not a standalone property

Что вокруг
Оценка места 74/100The cluster is in the upper Valpelline/Gran San Bernardo side of the Aosta Valley, with the Pennine Alps around it. The Buthier river system runs through this side valley and the main Dora Baltea valley is close by. The Gran San Bernardo route and pass are the defining corridor of the area, with high alpine slopes, conifer woods and pasture above the valley floor. Pila, the main ski area above Aosta, is the nearest substantial lift system and is reached by road to Aosta and the cableway in roughly half an hour; Crevacol on the Gran San Bernardo road is also nearby and usually a shorter drive. Aosta is the nearest town of size and has the full range of services as the regional capital, along with major Roman remains and the historic centre. The area is known for alpine pasture landscapes, Fontina production and the road connection toward the Great St Bernard.
