Terratetto plurifamiliare in Fossato di Vico

The cluster sits in the Umbrian Apennine foothills near the Gubbio basin and the Chiascio valley. Monte Cucco and the Umbro-Marchigiano Apennines are within this radius, and the Parco del Monte Cucco begins nearby. The nearest ski area is Monte Catria, roughly an hour by road, so it is outside the immediate landscape. Gubbio is the nearest substantial historic town, with a large medieval center and the Palazzo dei Consoli; Gualdo Tadino is also close and has everyday services and a rail station. The area is known for wooded ridges, limestone hills, caves and hiking around Monte Cucco, and for the medieval hill towns on the Umbrian-Marche border.
